Yes, you can manage multiple fees in Schology school management software. You can add or update fee names. If you want to add a new fee, Go to Cash In => Fee settings => Fee structure
- In Fee Name field, enter your fee name.
- Select Frequency
- Select Fee type
- Enter short order (1, 2, 3)
- Click Add Button
Can I create fee vouchers for all classes at a time?
Yes, you can can do it. First assign fee to students. Go to Reports => Students Fee => Fee Vouchers
Click Go button.
How do I assign fees to students?
- Go to Cash In => Fee Invoices => New Invoice
- Create your month Invoice
- Go to Cash In => Fee Assignment => Assign Monthly Fee
- Click Assign Monthly Fee Button
